Bugs in My Dream Food!

More recently I have been aiming segments of my lucid time towards eating and drinking. What I have found is that it can be quite delicious. However, I can't seem to get the notion of bugs in my dream food out of my mind when I am attempting to eat or drink in a dream, and this translates into an expectation of their presence in what I am consuming. The reason this is happening to me is clearly because of my waking fear or phobia of keeping my food clean. I've been like this for as long as I can remember. The seemingly obvious resolution to this predicament would be to come to terms with the fact that the insects in my food are "not real", so I shouldn't worry about it and continue enjoying dream food and drink. But the problem is that the bugs are as real as the food. Does anyone else experience this? How can I overcome this and be able to fully enjoy dream food?

Hm, since it comes from a phobia, lets see, bugs are food in some cultures, so technically, it isn't making your food dirty, it is just someone served the wrong plate, so try putting the bugs on the right one so your DCs can have their meal back?
