Hmm...it sounds to me like your dreams are a bit unstabile. I would suggest some stabilization techniques after becoming lucid, and after you wake from the strange bed. Try performing some reality checks for stabilization purposes. You can also rub your hands together, feel some textures around you, look down at your feet until it seems clear and then slowly raise your head to a front face position, closing your dream eyes for a bit letting them rest and then opening them up again, taking deep breathes, spinning in a circle, etc. If your heavy eyes are a problem, try putting some eye drops in them during the dream, or rub them so they become clear. You could also try putting on some eye glasses, etc. Just get creative with it. You'd be surprised how well improvising works in lucids. A suggestion for the heavy feeling would be...Imagine you are wearing cement boots, then once they appear on your feet, simply take them off and you will be light once again. Good luck to you and I hope you find something that will work for you!
