You dream every night, you're just not remembering your dreams. |

And I mean, so that you pick the subject of it. I haven't dreamed in a couple years, and it's getting really boring. I want my sleep nights to be fun. Anyway, so is there a way to make yourself dream a lucid dream? Or any other type of dream? |

You should wait until some more experienced people say something about this, but until then, try my advice |

hey
have you been sleeping 8 hours a day or are you having stress, these things can stop dream recall, my advice to you is go to a place called bird's lucid dreaming website and find a method called the Wake Back To Bed method (or something like that). |

Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretty nasti...
Here's a method that I tried that hasn't worked for me so far - but I think it may at some point. It is similar to what ronso suggests. You will need an iPod or other audio playing device that you can record a custom audio piece to. |

b6 has helped some, not sure if its helped me. 100mg is safe, 200 i recall u can get reliant on, dont exceed over 1000mg a day which can cause brain damage. it also makes mroe red blood cells |

I've tried B6 -- can't tell that it's done a thing for me. |

This is a very broad subject and you ask this as if you did not read anything that was on the front page and you just jumped on in. The quickest way towards lucidity is hypnosis and their are alot that you can download off of simple kazaa or limewire like "Brainwave Experiment" or by simply typing in "lucid dreams".Listen to them before you go to sleep and you'll be luciditing in no time. |
