I try to be a bit more passive when I go for my dream goals. I will decide what it is I want to do. Then just before bed, I'll look up some pictures that relate to my goal (to get the goal on my mind). I then just proceed to sleep like normal with no extra effort put toward my goal. Generally this keeps the stress levels down (goal-hunting wise) and the scenes from my pictures usually show up in my dream within a few nights. If you are working too hard and trying to force yourself to achieve goals, it just takes the fun out of it (imo). |
