      Need help with WILDing

      I thought I WILD'ed before but I found out my mind has been playing tricks on me by making me hallucinate.

      What is your tactics to get yourself in the WILD state?

      What kind of hallucinations? I've had some strange hallucinations at night before. Never as a result of an attempted WILD though.
      Lucid Dreams: 22 (many more recently, I've stopped counting) (DILD: 20 --- DEILD: 2)

      I prefer to DEILD-- that's a WILD where you're already half-asleep and you've barely woken up. It's extremely difficult to WILD without having slept. There are instructional pages on the forums on different methods. Personally, I find it very effective to simply stay aware while letting myself fall asleep.
