      So when Im awake I shove my finger through my hand to make sure im not dreaming?

      LOL! Also one quick thing. Do you mean engage all your senses sort of like arby's VILD tutorial ( http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=40861) but use it to stabilize?

      And can RC's be used to increase lucidity?

      Essentially.

      The Nose Pinch RC has always been good at giving me that extra boost of lucidity when I need it. Mostly because of the truly unique sensation it offers.

      Yeah, shove your finger in your hand. If it goes through your hand, then you know you're dreaming.
