      You can think about/read about lucid dreaming all day long. I spend a lot more than 10 minutes every day to focus on LDing. DJing takes me at least 10-20 min during the night/morning and then another 20-30 min to upload it to my computer (which I do pretty much every day) Then I take a walk where I focus on my awareness for an hour. That's 2 hours for me right there.

      Agreed, I've spent days focusing on LDing and what I mean by that is I would be thinking about LDing a lot during the day and hope that night can come soon enough

      I have been slacking ALOT on my DJ. I'm going to get a tape recorder to make it easier on me.

      Well you guys are way off topic. Shouldn't this thread be closed seeing as how the OP has reached a solution for a problem for which this thread was founded on.
