      dream recall

      When i rember one dream from the night, i have to wake up, and stay in my bed for like 3 min, and on the weekdays i don't have time, so i rember them in the shower mostly. But, i don't really write them down, i just review them in my mind through the day. i hope that helps too, but i only rember like a scene. I wish i could lucid dream tonight...Am gonna try even if you sleep late, does that effect anything? So, please more tips on dream recall...

      Dream Journalling doesn't take much. You don't need to make a full entry right off the get go. Jot down important details and points that stand out and make little notes through the day as you remember more. Review and compile them all into a full entry when you have more time.

      download dream journal 2.5 it is a digital dream journal so if you remember them during the show see if you can find a few minutes to record before you go to school or work idk

      or just do it after school or work
