Well, rubbing your hands may not work well for you. Just be sure to stop whatever you are doing, take a few deep breathes, and stay calm. Try not to think about/worry about waking up (this alone can cause you to wake). Just experiment with several different techniques and find one that suites you (and doesn't kick you out of the dream). Don't try too hard or strain yourself the control the dream. Just stay relaxed and have fun with thit. |
