So, I made another thread a few days ago about me getting back into LDing... since I haven't been actively trying to LD, I've just had some 'accidental' DILDs over the last year or more. So I've been doing all I can to LD but I find that the wait inbetween sleeps (daytime) I get anxious and just want practice LDing ASAP.
So, is it feasable to LD during the day, like during a nap? And if so does it require REM sleep, or to be asleep for a certain amount of time?
If the answer to the above question is 'No' then is there anything I can do during the day to increase my chance of LDing? Anything at all?
