I think on this forum mainly cheese fills the LD food gap. At least I've read some successes with cheese on here. Not too sure... Personally, I'm still trying to see of the myth of pork rinds causing nightmares is true. |

you know how some foods have weird affects on certain people's body and makes them have weird dreams? like for instance, my mom cant eat Doritos because it makes her have nightmares for some reason. not cuz shes afraid of the chip or anything, just her body doesn't agree with Doritos. |

I think it doesn't matter. Not too sure again... It's been awhile since I've seen those success stories, but I think mainly cheddar may have been involved. |

You may find the Lucid Aids section appealing. It's pretty much all about finding ways to get some pretty vivid dreams and hopefully some lucid ones by experimenting with certain foods/supplements and external stimulation. |

Lol, well I don't actually remember hearing it from anywhere else. I heard junk food causes nightmares, but I'm not sure about that. I guess maybe if you have some kind of sugar rush that gets your adrenaline going, maybe. |
