      Simply trying to fly/jump?

Would a plausible reality check be simply attempting to jump and float, or fly? I mean if you ARE dreaming, you'd take off or your jump would be abnormal (it usually is for me), so would it work as an RC too?

If anyone has tried this, have you had success with it?

Yeah, but it would be kind of hard if you work all day and people stare at you when you jump.

I've started to give up caring about that sort of thing. Unless you are going for a promotion and your boss sees you trying to fly, then maybe there might be a problem.

Yeah, totally. Sometimes I like to go into a really crowded place and trying jumping up and down really hard.

Actually I've totally done that in weird situations. I don't really care about keeping up normalcy when faced with the evils of society, so I'd say it's a pretty good idea.

Yeah ive reality checked by trying to fly. It worked too.

You would have to expect yourself to start flying though. If you dont believe its going to happen, it wont

Actually, this is a really good one, because, probably the best way to actually do things is to act as if you are in a dream, ALL the time. Like, tell yourself you are dreaming. Then do what you are suggesting here, and try to fly.

If you can't fly (i.e. you are awake), you just think to yourself "ahh, nevermind actually, I'll try again later, I don't feel like it. But I'm still dreaming"
But, the problem with this is that it could lead to not trying much when it actually comes to dreams. So what you need to do, is always really try, actually think you will be able to do it.
This means that when it comes to a dream, you will properly try it, and you will believe you can do it, and you will more likely succeed.
