An Exchange Of Dream World Objects

I was just thinking the other day...
Wouldn't it be cool if people started designing things like furniture, or buildings, or landscapes and they could draw them up then publish them on the forum, then people could come and view their topics, read about the object or setting, then put them in their dream world? For example:

Name: The Death Chair
Use: Sit on the chair and it will throw you into the sky, and land you on the moon.
Author: DemoUser232

I just thought it'd be so much fun if people started exchanging DCs, objects, vehicles, species, or settings and we could read about them, get an idea about what they are like or what they do, and then dream about them ourselves?
Also if we are told that the object will do something, we'll probably believe it. If someone makes a key that will take you to a chocolate world, you'll believe that it will because you won't doubt its power. For example, if I made a computer in the dream world I might doubt that it will turn on, but if my dream automatically made that computer I wouldn't think twice about it working. Maybe the same would apply if someone else made me that computer.

People could design planets, or creatures, or new crazy things for us to dream about, keeping dreaming ideas constantly fresh. It could also help with lucidity. Rather than spending all your brain power trying to design a new object while you are asleep, you can find objects during waking time to use instead.

In some ways, its as if we are personally creating or designing the dream world. As if we are "programming" it to our needs.

Its a crazy concept, I know. But wouldn't it be fun if people started doing this? This could even lead to people planning out a dream area that they could consistently dream about. Imagine designing yourself a house, then filling it with wacky objects or characters other people make. If you keep thinking about it and keep reminding yourself about it, you could make it a regular place to dream in. A dream HQ.

Just imagine. Making your ideas turn to life. Holding a gun you have created. Turning on a computer you have designed. Sitting in a chair you have sculpted.

Tips for creating your item:

1. Make it easily accessible. If the dreamer is having trouble spawning it, where else could you find it?
2. Make it have an awesome power. Something that people would struggle with.
3. Make it memorable. Something thats unique and not easily forgotten.

this sounds pretty good.
the only thing is would we have to draw the objects, or just give details. because i dont know about some people, but im no good at drawing

Maybe you could do some image editing, or even just Google an image like in the example.
I can't draw very well either. But there are some great artists on this forum that could maybe even draw something up for you.

I was hoping that people might make their own topics for their own objects or landscapes, maybe in the artists corner or something, so you could rate the object or landscape with "rate this thread" and discuss the object / landscape.

Maybe if this did catch on, a sub-forum might be useful? Thats thinking a bit far ahead though.
