I've done some lucid dreaming before but never really with a lot of a knowledge about it or really strong desire, just simply by accident. I've been browsing the site as a guest for a while and learned quite a bit about it and techniques. Last night I first attempted it with serious intent. However as I began to feel myself slip into a different type of sleep which I quickly recognized as sleep paralysis and I felt my body begin to tingle violently and forced myself out of that state. Any advice on how to go through with it and has this happened to anyone else? I used isochronic tones first and then attempted a WILD which I'm having mixed feelings about. |
