      Rhetorical questions are great, aren't they? What would you say if I say that I got into lucid dreaming to experience shared dreaming. Well, more so see for myself if it's possible.

      I don't think lucid dreaming has a purpose unless you give it one. Lucid dreaming isn't something that happens to people naturally with only a few exceptions. I think the human mind was limited to only normal dreams but it is possible to go beyond that. Just like training your body for muscles you can train your mind and extend you perception and consciousness. So it's all about self improvement, unless we know that lucid dreams can give us something more.
