lol yeah thats right. I find I never get to sleep when I'm counting sheep, or anything else, for that matter. I just relax and meditate a bit. For me, clearing my mind of all thoughts is the best way to fall asleep. |

Counting things before going to sleep keeps you aware of being awake, and is therefore used in WILD for counting breaths. |

I experimented with counting sheep with the words "Your dreaming!" written on their sides. Whatever you do, don't count past five or ten. Just keep starting over from one. |
