Does medicine affect it at all?

Last night, I attempted to WILD and I was pretty successful. However, I had taken some nyquil-type medicine to help me sleep (bad, i know), although soon after I felt sick and threw some of it up, so I'm not sure how much I actually had in my body. During the WILD, I couldn't help but wonder if the sensation that came over me was my mind or from the medicine.

Anyway, do you know if it helps or hinders? Or doesn't affect it?

Antihistamines will definitely increase chances of LD. I usually had a 80% chance to get LDs while I used to take them (when I was sick). They lose their effect over time though and are pretty degrading to your sleeping habits (and completely destroy your memory because they make your mind very lazy) so I wouldn't rely on them for LDs.
