      Help with attaining lucidity

      I seem to be struggling to attain lucidity. No more than two weeks ago I had no problems. Maybe it's because I've started keeping a DJ again, I don't know but no matter what I try it doesn't seem to be working. I can't use an alarm to wake me because of my partner, although my daughter does get me up most nights. Is it because Im trying too hard? Anyone got any advice?

      It sounds like you maybe trying to hard. Sometimes thing scan have the exact opposite effect we want. Maybe you should not try for a night or two and see if you notice any differences.
