Yay last night I had two LD's! It was awsome. About an hour before bed I listened to the yoga nidra track I downloaded from one of the posts here. I think most times I have listened to the track before bed I have had a LD. I told myself after listening to the track that I was going to have a LD and realy did believe it. After I woke up from the first I tried to go back to sleep and thought I could have another one and I did. I didnt think something as simple as realy KNOWING your going to have a LD could help but now I think it does.
