I haven't started keeping a journal, because I was off of dreaming for a few months, but besides a DILD after changing "lucid dream" three times before bed one random night, I've had nothing. |

with lucid dreaming in mind,

It's amazing how with different viewpoints in mind before hand,
a song can rally change.
Something similar happened to me last night, but it was like me explaining the first dream I had, and it looped like that dozens, if not, hundreds of times. Maybe it's one single dream, where you woke up in the dream, explaining that dream within the dream to someone. But hey, when you are explaining the dream, couldn't that bring you to lucidity? |

I often have dreams where I'm writing out my dream journal or explaining a previous dream to someone. Sometimes I'm even listing the previous dreams during the blank space between them, so I'll remember to write them down when I wake up. |

of course, so i guess it is useful in that sense. |

Yeah, I can still remember most of them, and a few random ones from months-years ago, at least the "memorable ones" (it sounds redundant, but hopefully it makes sense" I have a good memory, and I know i need to write em down, but I am SUPER lazy. |

Yeah sometimes the process of writing them down is even more effective than just remembering them because you are actually bringing your dream into reality (on paper) into a physical realm. The representation of the imaginary dream than comes to "life" on paper. Seems that way to me anyway.. |
