Usually, when I sleep really long in the morning, I get SP. But I´m not really sure is it real or am I dreaming it all. For example, the day before yesterday I had SP and my dad was standing next to me, and I was like "shit he is gonna ruin this".

It always ends up in me waking up and RCing.

How could I know whether I have dreamt or not?
