don't take it for a week or two, opposed to taking it every night you get used to \"that specific type of sleep.\"[/b]
That's what I'd read on here before deciding to give the vitamin a try. I figure I'll take it just every now and than and see if I noticing a difference. Tonight I'm going to see if it helps any more by taking it halfway through the night, instead of just before going to bed.
