One step closer to lucid dreaming

Last night was a good night for me even though I didn't LD. I Almost achevied a WILD but at the time I didnt know it was a WILD and I freaked out and woke up. I also managed to rember 2 dreams instead of one per night last night any tips for upping my dream recall I have a Dream journal wich I write my dreams in but I wish to know of any other way.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but: practice and patience.

Having said that, some people claim better recall when using vitamin B6, mint tea, or other various things. Personally, I've tried B6, and I can't tell that it does anything. In fact, it has seemed that my recall was better on the nights that I didn't take it, but that could easily be coincidence.

I can't say if it'll help with LD, but I've found that eating anything really weird before bed, usually gives me REALLY strange dreams. I love salt n vinegar chips, (my latest craving has been Salt n Vinegar Snackwell potato thins) and they give me the weirdest dreams.

I don't mind weird dreams, because there's always a higher chance I 'may' realize I'm dreaming during one of them.

I'm giving the B6 vitamins a try now. I took a couple a few nights ago, didn't take any last night so we'll see how tonight goes.

not to beat a dead topic but I find that B6 works well when i use it sparingly. For me it makes me more aware in my dreams and I find I have a higher chance of having an LD when I don't take it for a week or two, opposed to taking it every night you get used to "that specific type of sleep."

That's what I'd read on here before deciding to give the vitamin a try. I figure I'll take it just every now and than and see if I noticing a difference. Tonight I'm going to see if it helps any more by taking it halfway through the night, instead of just before going to bed.
