Personally, as controversial as it may sound to some, I think there is nothing bad in lucid sex and to no extent is realizing your sexual fantasies while lucid anything bad, as long as it is one of many things you do while lucid. It is a natural thing that you have sexual fantasies, and to me they are just like dreams about flying, turning into an object, animal, creating a fireball, fighting with a T-Rex, whatever. The major difference is that you can't do these former thing in reality, and as for sex you can. But what does it matter? If you've got a sexual fantasy, and can realize it in a dream, I see nothing wrong in doing that, as long as you don't waste most of your lucids on that.
