      Waking up subliminally

I've always had a lot of trouble with lucid dreams. I've been trying for months and I've had two, simply out of sheer luck. However a few nights ago I was able to induce one by accidentally waking up in the middle of the night. My brain was still mostly asleep so it was easy to slip straight into a lucid dream. Admittedly it was short lived but I'd love to do it again. It would be even nicer if I could induce these subliminal wake ups efficiency. I tried setting a short sound to go off on my phone three time the next night. I slept through the first two and the third woke me up too much (plus the alerts were a pain to set). Perhaps I could train myself to awake naturally? But I'm a heavy sleeper and my sleep schedule is far from consistent. Any ideas?

      hmm that is called DEILD

ususally if you think really hard about waking up in the middle of the night you will.
I dont think any sort of alarm will help you because if they do wake you up they shjock you and jolt you so you cant go straight into a LD.
when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.

      PIZZA
      pizza is sacred.

Yeah your probably right. It's just I'm such a heavy sleeper!

The alarm isn't really suppose to wake me up its just suppose to to send a message to my subconscious.
