how many dreams did i have

I usually know when a new dream starts, but right now, i am not sure. I am writing my DJ and I am kind of stuck.
My dream exists of 3 parts.
part 1

Code:

i was somewhere in a grass field

then there was some "blackness", by blackness i mean that nothing happened here, there are no memories, possibly a transition to a new dream. it could also just be that i'm teleported to the new dream scene
i consider what comes next as a new dream.

part 2

I was on the bus, i stepped off and walked

here was some "blackness" too
i think that part 2 and part 3 are the same dream, but i dreamt about the same thing in part one, so i am confused

part 3

then i was in that same grass field again, but this time i approached from the opposite side, it was exactly the same place as before.

how many dreams did i have??

Have you thought that: You started the dream on the bus. Then you stepped off, now you are in the grass field - from a past dream.

Maybe the way you recalled isn't the way it happened.

Yes that is possible And then i would have had 2 dreams. I am thinking, if there occurs some of this what i call blackness, or you teleport to a different dream scene, is this a new dream or just te same dream with a place and story change?

I think this blackness is just a recall fail, maybe something happened in the dream and you don't recall it - it's happening to me in the past days, horrible recall.
For the teleport, it usually have a scene change, like a fade or something. It could be the end of a sleep cycle too, or the end of the REM (what I think most probably).
