      Lightbulb EILD but?..

      Today I stumbled upon EILD technique for lucid dreaming, and Subliminal lucid audios. Anyway I want to know something, my main language isn't English (Im Arabian) but I can write and type English, so will the results be it the same for me and an american for example or maybe I should create one with my own language?

      Yes it works it's the association of words that make it work not the word themselves, although you need to understand what the word means thereby making that association. If someone say "You starting to feel relaxed" or in Swedish "Du börjar känna dig avslappnad" my mind will still interpret it the same way.

      You could always recreate the audio in Arabic if you've got the skill and time
