Stands for full exit induced lucid dream. I do deild a lot it's my favorite technique, but a lot of people are all like, never move or it's all over. If you loose the dream thinking for 1/10000000th of a millisecond it's all over. If you think oh I'm awake it's all over. No, it's not all over, your brain's activity is still in a state of rem for a few seconds. This is a technique that has worked 4 straight day's for me. In a way it's a wild, but without the whole stay up for 1/2 hour ect, do the following try to deild, but when you exit fully exit the dream roll over once without thinking and only once immediately, if you struggle to move your in sp already, try to re enter. This give's you time to gather your thought's just enough to not slip into another dream, but also keep's your mind off being awake. Plus I think rolling right after awaking can induce stronger sp. You should feel like you've been doing a wild for a while, and that your are close. If this technique is going to work the next step is mandatory for me at least. Purposefully have weird thoughts, that make no sense. So as to not think about being awake. Last night potato chips and chocolate were my random fixation. You may say won't that make you drift into the dream without being aware? Well it sure helps to enter dreams to let your mind drift on weird stuff, but since these random ideas are coming from you continuously, you never completely loose it. If you follow all this and start to feel waves, stop thinking altogether and try to enter through the sp oncoming. This was not very well written, but I hope somebody get's it. |
