      Lightbulb How JShadow WBTB's

This technique is extremely easy and hasn't failed me for the three days I've been using it lol.

      What I did:

      1) I always wake up in the middle off the night to pee. You may have to drink some water before bed or set an alarm to wake you up in 6 hrs. after that go to sleep.

      2) When I wake up I search my mind for a few seconds to see if I dreamed (you should have) but don't write any down. I immediatly repeat in my mind "Am I dreaming?" until I go back to my bed.

      3) I go to the bathroom to empty my bladder, not even bothering to turn on light (laziness). I proceed to the kitchen and do the time reality check on my microwave (look, look away, repeated 3 times). I also search around for anything weird (ex. a plate on the ceiling or an octopus eating Capt. Crunch on my fridge) when I am walking to the kitchen.

      4) Then I go back to sleep in my bed and have a DILD.

I am awake no more than 3 minutes and fall asleep pretty fast when I hit the sheets. But the whole time I kept repeating to myself "Am I dreaming" until I was sleeping in my bed. It could help to do some other reality check while awake. One night I randomly decided to repeat the phrase in my mind.
Try it for a few days, see if it works for you.

I am glad you have found something that works for you.

I personally don't perform WBTB anymore how strange that might sound... But this routine is obviously effective, and keep sharing, because it might help someone in the need of help -->
      Keep up the good work.

It should be noted that I do not WILD, I just fall asleep naturally and DILD. If you want though, a WILD could be achieved.

You may also choose to write down your dreams in your journal, although I am unsure how this will affect your chances as I have never did this with my technique. If I did write it down, it would be a short summary or bullets of the important details.

Try this technique for a few days and report if it has worked or not. Thank you.
