i have been using this Technique (method) for over 2 month and most of the time it worked (for me)

go to sleep late wake up late and have FA/LD

this method most of the time creating FA and sometimes dreams and they are very vivid.
in my second time i couldnt tell if i was in the real world or the dream world until i did RC.

so let start :

requirements :
1) free day
2) timer / waking naturally
3) love to sleep
4) do RC when going to sleep and waking up (every day !!!)

optional : notebook to write the dream (only if you want to remember your dreams)

the method

1) go to sleep when i do this method i most the times go to sleep at 3am+

2) wake up after 6 hours im waking after 7 at 10 am.

3) go back to sleep and wake up after 20 min (timer\kids\family\what making you wake up)
in my case my family waked me up every 20 to 40 min.
do RC everytime you going to sleep and waking up !

4) repeat step 3 until you feel you not that tired but i can go to sleep (for me 4/5 times)

5) when you feel you can go to sleep but you not that tired go to sleep with the thought "the next thing i see is a dream",
or anything that will remind you that you are going to dream.

6) keep doing 3 with the step 5 in mind and have FA/LD (my longest FA/LD was 40 mins and i had 3 FA in one morning )

1 of my dreams

"from my bed i saw my sister searching for something and did that method i had a LD and when i woke up i was going to where i saw my sister
and from where she was i coundnt see my bed but i rememer that i could see her before(wired) so i went to her room to ask her if she was there and she said no ".
so from the start i was dreaming and didnt notice (very powerful method)

WARNING :
1) sometimes some RC wont work so do a few RC methods
2) sometome the FA will be so real that you cant tell the diffrent and sometime that will make you confused
