      How Do I Get Lucidity?

Well, one problem I have when dreaming is that, when I dream, my dreams are strange. I'm often not "in" the dream, or I can't seem to stabilize anything, etc. Now, every once in a while I get a nice, good dream.

      So....
What is a good way to become lucid while already dreaming?

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but do you mean like you don't have a body in your dream .. that you're more observing your dream then being in it?

Some common techniques would be to recall dream signs. Seeing frequent things in your dream can help you realize when you are dreaming, that you are actually dreaming and should become lucid. Also, this comes from not being in your dream, but if you were to wake up, try thinking as you're going back to bed that you are going to lucid dream, and dream about the environment you were just in. With this, just to imagine seeing yourself in a body like you would act in waking life if that is the case, and if you believe this will help you become lucid.

      Hope this helps!

try a dream journal, thats a good way to remember dream signs, it helped me get my first lucid dream (for like ten secconds in the dream) still working to lengthen them. good luck!

      +1 for dream journaling.

You mentioned that your dreams are "fuzzy". One way to make the dreams clearer is to write down your dreams in great detail. By writing down little things, you're training your brain to notice little details that make dreams a lot more vivid, and a lot more fun.

Being bodyless in the dream can be solved by noticing your body in waking life. Just notice: "Hey, I'm walking on legs" or "Hey, I have a neck". Sounds silly, but things you pay attention to in your waking life have a tendency to appear in dreams.

Have you tried Reality Checking? Do many checks as often as possible:

Just regurgitating what i've learned. Good luck
