Have you ever looked deep into someone's eyes before? I'm not talking bout glancing at their eyes then looking at their facial features, but actually putting all of your attention into their eyes. It's interesting. I'd go as far as to say you even see their inner child, you can see how they really feel. When i look my girlfriend dead in the eyes, she says she feels "weird" and that my eyes tell a story. I had trouble with looking people in the eyes before I'll admit. I'm now looking people in the eye when talking to them. The eyes are VERY revealing in a way that i can't quite explain. They show the truth. Anybody have any experiences with eye contact, or eye gazing. If you've never tried it before you should, it's almost like a meditation because your mind is clear of thoughts. Since I've been making a conscious effort of looking people in the eyes when I talk to them, i even remember looking people in the eyes in my non-lucid dreams. So maybe that is a way to also increase lucidity AND recall.
