      Forced Writing?

I read somewhere on being able to command your subconscious to write. Is this possible, and is there anyone here who have done it? Thanks!

I've never heard of "forced writing" ...is it similar to Automatic Writing?

Are you talking about the spiritual version of this, the hypnotic version of this, or neither?

Yes, actually that is exactly what it is. Is there any tutorials out there on how to do it?

There are all kinds of tutorials on how to hypnotize someone. If you could get yourself hypnotized by a friend, (who would use a hypnotism script,) and have him/her ask you to write what was on your mind would be the easiest way. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you which scripts are good or bad and some psychologists would recommend against ametuars hypnotising and alot of research indicates that this whole process relies upon being comfortable and the placebo effect. So, yeah.

Plenty I'm sure, try googling automatic writing.

      For example...

      How to Practice Automatic Writing

Automatic writing is an old form of divination in which messages seem to come out of nowhere through your hand and onto paper. Whether these messages come from the "spirit world" or the subconscious in unknown. Some who have attempted this form of mediumship have written lengthy messages, songs -- even complete novels.

Difficulty Level: Hard Time Required: 15 minutes to an hour

      Here's How:

      1. Find a quiet spot without distractions.
      2. Sit at a table or desk where you'll be comfortable, with paper and pen (or pencil).
      3. Take a few moments to clear your mind.
      4. Touch the pen or pencil to the paper.
      5. Try not to consciously write anything.
      6. While keeping your mind as clear as possible, let your hand write whatever comes across.
      7. Avoid looking at the paper; you might even keep your eyes closed.
      8. Give it time to happen (nothing might happen for quite a while).
      9. When it seems to be done, if and when automatic writing does occur, look over what your hand has produced carefully. The writing may appear to be nonsense or just scribbling, but try to decipher it as best as possible.
      10. In addition to letters and numbers, look for pictures or symbols in the writing as well.
      11. Keep trying. Nothing might happen your first few attempts.
      12. If you start to achieve success, you can try asking questions to see if you can receive responses.

      Tips:

      1. There is no guarantee that automatic writing will work for you, but don't give up if it doesn't work the first few times. Give it a chance.
      2. Be aware of psychological dangers. Some messages that come across might be disturbing. If you're at all not able to handle this possibility, don't attempt automatic writing.

I can do it.. it's called automatic writing, just go with te flow type whatever you're thinking about just as if you're talking. You must first understand how you already are doing automatic writing, to improve your automatic writing. Don't go from nothing, start from a realization that you are already doing it to some degree. It is very important to realize, that stuff like automatic writing, is pretty inherent to human nature.

Take a subject, and start talking about, start telling everything you know about it, and then even more.. it is only afterwards that you are able to realize that you have done automatic writing, at the moment itself, you are truly convinced that you are doing it, that it are your words.. only afterwards you might be able to see that the thinking pattern is not your own.

Automatic writing with your eyes closed etc I don't know about that. I think it might be bullshit. I've channeled many things, and I was always convinced that it was me who was making it up, only afterwards I realized that it was a coherent theory or story which was beyond my own intelligence.

Yeah if it's "forced" then it's not your subconscious. You're probably thinking about something like automatic writing.

I wrote my book with the same kind of thing. Basically whenever I felt this odd kind of general "urge", I would pick up a pen and start writing. The words would flow into my mind and onto the paper instantly. I never planned any of it out except stuff like "I should write a long poem" where it wasn't very specific. It's a great sense of freedom. Hope that helps anyhow.
