Hi there! Psi is the name given for that tingly energy that flows through us all. The human body has seven chakras, which serve as the "energy centers." Each has a different purpose and meaning, but to make a long story short, they are the 'gates' that regulate your energy. The one you are referring to is often considered the "core" or center – the solar plexus. This is located about an inch or two above your navel. If it helps, find your belly button, go 1 inch above, and poke. Important to remember, however, is that the chakra isn't located on the skin/the outside of your body. With regard to different opinions, imagine finding this center deeper and deeper into your body. Start at the outer skin that you can see, and try to feel it out as you go 'deeper,' and more toward all your guts and goo. You'll find the 'sweet spot' where you can feel something. And don't worry about what that 'something' is – because it might be anything. Coolness, tingling, a warmness that takes over your body, pressure. It will come. Willpower is the answer, and knowing that you will be successful is the key. 'Cause, you know, you will do it.

Remember that nobody is going to agree 100%. Each person has their own theory. It's up to you to figure out what you believe. Test that waters.

ya thats abdomen..........i tried to imagine energy there.....but i didnt feel anything.........

I'd be interested in hearing your experiences with Psionic energy.

When I performed it, I tried to draw energy from the Earth. Just imagine it flowing through your body and performing the action you want it to. I made a PSI Ball the first try.
