anyone think they've heard someone speak it? it sounds like gibberish but you can elaborate quickly hidden knowledge

i dont have any links but i think it could have some relevance to astral projection.

its like words that aren't English you just don't register as a word but you can understand what is being said, and then some.

from what i understand its people talking under their breath and you cant quite hear everything so your mind fills in the blanks.
