And finally, reality checks are somewhat based on what induction technique you use. For example, remembering to do RCs on a regular basis can help with DILDs. Whereas having a general heightened sense of awareness all day (ADA or SDA), can help with the transition between awake and asleep, while never losing said awareness (which can aid you in WILDs or DEILDs).
