Hey guys Im back, and boy oh boy was my sleep schedule messed up. I didnt even remember any dreams except for friday. So I guess I really dont have to say I failed miserably on my deild trys. I was going to bed early and waking up at 4:30 in the morning and on friday 3:30 in the morning and was working 12 hour days. I'm going to keep trying on my deild technique and I have been keeping up with my reality checks. Hopefully soon my sleep schedule will get back to normal. I got my dream rock(labradorite) in the mail yesterday and I have to say last night it worked good I had so many dreams but was still so tired only wrote down 2. This little set back will not stop me from learning to LD I'm just getting started. |
