Ive always had dream recall that was in bits and pieces. |

Welcome to the Intro Class! |
|
I am trying to use the DILD. |

Make sure not to move around too much when you first wake up. Stay calm and don't start thinking about your day yet. Focus on what you just dreamt about, and try to remember. |

Last night was awesome. |

Ahhh. Don't worry, they're quite normal. They're called hypnopompic hallucinations, which you get when you're starting to wake up. The opposite of that is hypnagogic hallucinations, which you get when you start falling asleep. :3 You can use those also to form your dream scene if you wanna go into the dream again. |

I didn't remember anything the past two days, since i kinda got lazy over the weekend. |

Cool, a little recall slippage happens every so often. Not a big deal. I assume that you're keeping a dream journal (written, voice, or whatever) that you update in the morning, right? If not, definitely get that going. It's the single greatest tool for dream recall that I know of. |

Thanks CanisLucids, |

That's hilarious! Reminds me of my own. Last night I had one where the Dreamviews Academy was filling up with spam messages. I'd delete em but every time I tried they'd multiply! Sounds like you and I were having serious computer trouble. |

Canis, |

Heads up: It's almost October! I suggest making a new list of monthly goals you want to achieve, as well as reevaluate your DJ for possible new dream signs or any realizations |
