- Total of 4 LD (all but 1 containing animals)
- 3 spontaneous (brought on by either "wait. why am I here?" or traumatic sights)
- 1 false awakening

Current Technique:
- Think about it all day long
- Nose plug check whenever I think on it, see a clock, or see my dog
- Wake up and go back to sleep several times before "getting up"
