About Me
Lucid dreaming is something I've been experiencing without trying, throughout my life, but never ever thought about learning more about. Whenever I have the opportunity to sleep in, such as weekends, I always do. Usually I will go to bed around 1 or 2 AM, and generally wake up around 10 or 11 AM, and fall back asleep sometimes into a short lucid dream. This doesn't happen all the time, but recently over my Christmas and Exam Break I've been woken up by my parents in enjoyable/fun dreams (basketball games where I can dunk, street racing), and tried to force myself to fall asleep back into that dream, and successfully have. The only issue with this is that usually the dreams don't leave off from where I was at, are unstable, and l lose control and just fall back asleep, later on waking up to not remembering much about what happened. I hope I can train myself to be able to have stability, and control, because those are my two main issues at the moment.
Also, the other night I attempted WILD, and I'm pretty sure I was in SP but I got too excited and panicked when I felt like something was behind my bed on the wall, so I woke up.
