      Poptartian's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - Finger through hand
      - Look at hands
      - Jumping and seeing if I hover a little

      Dream Signs:
      - At School or with people from school

      Short-term Goals:
      - Fly without artificial implements
      - Create objects in dreams
      - Make people appear

      Long-term Goals:
      - Have 1-2 lucids a week
      - Transform myself
      - WILD

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
I was into lucid dreams earlier in the year, fell out for a little bit, and then after having a random lucid dream out of nowhere, decided to try it out again. It has worked really well, in fact, a lot better than before! However, I still want to get even better, maybe even remember one of those TOTMs

      Current Technique:
I DILD just because it is the most convenient by far! I go to sleep around 10:30 every night, and wake up around 5:30, unless it is the weekend, then I wake up around 7 or 8. I should probably work on my self-awareness and actually doing reality checks during the day.

Well hi, fellow TOTMer, welcome to the class! I was pleasantly surprised to see your workbook here, you'll be an inspiration to all the new LDers around here

Have you ever tried a WBTB before you DILD? I mean, if your way works fine then nevermind, I just find that most of my DILDs happen that way. Nice to see you

Thanks for the warm welcome, and no I haven't even thought about that! I just might start trying that, we'll see how annoyed my family gets when the alarm goes off

Argh, last night was a bust. No recall whatsoever besides the fact that I knew I had a dream. It probably was because as soon as I woke up I had to leave for school. Ah well. I worked on my self awareness today, so maybe more luck tonight.

Yup, that's how it usually works for me. Yet another reason to look forward to the weekend.

      Thanks for the muffin!

Anyways I haven't been able to post much in here because I have had a big research paper to work on and the such. Anyways, my recall had been improving a lot and hopefully soon I will get another crack at my goals and a TOTM!

Don't worry about it, you don't even have to update your workbook everyday. And if you're busy, it's totally understandable. Good luck!

I've been working towards my goal of remembering a quote from a dream instead of just the general feel of a conversation in the dream. (My bad, forgot to post it in here) Anyways, last night it actually happened! And it wasn't one of those one-two line quotes that count, but I wanted longer, and my subconscious delivered! Maybe my stopping being arrogant and starting a physical dream journal was the solution. Maybe my dry streak decided to end. Either way, it's nice to start to get back in the swing of things!

You're remembering a quote from you dream after you wake up? Or you're remembering a quote from waking life inside your dream?

A quote from a dream that I am remembering in waking life. (Why was saying that so confusing for me?)
