#1: Completed
#2: Completed, i'll be using the one from the website just for very interesting ones, and a handy dandy notebook i got laying around for every other one.
#3: Usually go to bed at midnight, wake up at 7:30-8, due to school.
#4: Considered trying pushing both palms of my hands against one another, and the nose pinching might be good too.
#5: Made list and hung it up on my board so i always look at it before bed.
#6: Reading the dream journal, and seeing as how it fits into my technique right now, watching a video with subliminal messages to tell my subconscious when i sleep im dreaming. Just to see if it works.
