What's going on here?!
So over the past couple of sleeps I've noticed a few things that I need to sort out. I will give myself weekly assignments in this form each week, and then evaluate at the end of the week to see how I'm doing.
My Assignments
- Start RC'ing regularly, possibly use phone as a reminder.
- Write in my dream journal, ensuring to write in it every awakening, regardless of my state of recall.
- Re-regulate my sleeping pattern to coincide with my school times. I'm on holiday just now so have been going to bed late, that has to stop.
- Start getting into the mindset of dreaming before going to sleep rather than just hitting the sack and falling straight asleep.
My Achievements
- I recalled a pretty long dream this morning, one in which I was driving a car. I also woke up in the middle of the night and remembered a dream then. I have written neither in my dream journal since I didn't have it next to me. Need to start having it with my at all times. See Above...
That should do me for now, I will let these last until this coming Sunday, then put up new/the same assignments on Monday. This is the format my workbook will take from this point forward!
