Just a tip for wbtb: exposing your eyes to any light will wake you up much faster. So when you do wake up, try to st in the dark as much as possible, or at least your eyes. You could even wear some sunglasses if you want to turn on some lights or look at a screen. That is one of the more important tricks for wbtb. The idea is to stay somewhat sleepy but still aware. That will make it much easier to get back to sleep. Congrats on being able to get out of bed btw! It took me months to get over the zombie mode whenever i did wbtb.
