Screw the doubt. This is going to work. If everyone else can do it, I can too. And I am prepared to do the work.

I am waking naturally about 2-3 times a night, since I got serious about recalling dreams. I am glad because I really dislike alarms. The first time seems to be after several hours (not sure how many, but it could be about 4). I think about the dream to try and get it into short-term memory. I then record a few key words from the dream, then MILD back to sleep. I haven't tried WILD yet, will just stick with MILD and WBTB for a while to see if it will work for me.
