Hey Salamus, welcome! |

In response to your question, it's more like I just find clothes in places they shouldn't be. Like the floor, or a store, or weird places and I get distracted picking them up. It doesn't happen that often but it has happened a few times so I listed it. Maybe it has something to do with the fact I leave clothes on the ground haha. Oh well. |

Hi Salamus, Welcome! |
|
Hey again, |
|
Thanks for the tip, |
|
So last night I got in bed around 2:30 am and did the "Night-Time Routine Guide" and I was able to fall asleep relatively fast. I don't know whether it was from the technique or because I was really really tired. It also helped that it was cooler last night so I didn't feel like I was in oven! |

There probably isn't anything to worry about when it comes to the recall. It could be that all the focus you spent on becoming lucid and remembering dreams was causing an excess of awareness. This can make it harder to get solid sleep and you may wake up more during the night. There is a fine line that can be walked between focus and relaxation. Once you find your awareness in that space, your recall will be fine and so will your quality of sleep. |

That is really good way of looking at and it makes this whole process seem a lot less stressful. It also simplifies all the WILD guides I have read. Seriously if you were to put WILD into one simple sentence it would be "a balance between focus and relaxation". It is so true and it takes a LOT of getting used to. |

I had my first lucid dream in over a week. It was short, and not very vivid. I tried to WILD but I think I lost consciousness somewhere in the night but when I got into the dream I just knew I was dreaming. So DILD I guess. |
