Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I have had about 10 lucid dreams total. I have had dreams where I knew I was lucid when I was little but I never really achieved lucidity. The times I have achieved lucidity: 3 dreams were very clear, about 5 dreams I achieved lucidity and wasn't really conscious enough to do anything, and 2 dreams I remember being lucid but fell directly back in to non-lucidity.
- Recently I have had great dream recall. Usually 2-3 dreams a night depending on when I go to sleep, and if I am able to get up and write down my dreams in the middle of the night. Some nights I have even had 4 or 5 dreams but some are very short.
- My most vivid dreams occur around 5-6 hours into my sleep cycle so my best luck with WILD is then.
Sleep Schedule
- Right now I am between jobs so I have a lot of free time which often leads to a worse sleep schedule. I never go to bed later than 3 o'clock, but the last few days I have had a lot of trouble falling asleep. On a "normal" night, I go to bed between 12-1 am and wake up at 6-7 am. I write in my dream journal and read about lucid dreaming for an hour and then go back to sleep and wake up around 10 or 11.
