Ok so I've read the first Two lessons (might be jumping the gun a little) And I think I've decided that I'm going to try MILD. While WILD sounds more effective I have heard before about sleep paralysis and Hypnotic frightening images, and while you say that its a misconception and isn't frightening, I find myself paranoid that something will still happen if I try it. |

Have been having insomnia the last few nights. I have been practicing reality checks and it has slowly begun a routine and a habit. for the first time yesterday I preformed a reality check without thinking about it. it has only happened once so far but I think it's a sign of slow progress. I have also been using my dream journal every morning but other then one dream I had I haven't been able to recall anything (except one morning I could vaguely remember the color yellow for some reason, I made a note of this but it was weird). I had one dream that I was able to recall decently I believe two days after starting this. I don't remember it now but according to my journal it was a short dream that involved me on a cliff, then I just lost balance or something and began falling and was jolted awake. that is all that I have made a note of this weak. |
