I usually go to bed at around twelve, waking up at six thirty. I wouldn't quite say that's "natural", though, as I would really prefer to go to bed around eleven and wake up at around eight.
Reasons that I want to lucid dream:
1. To stop my frequent nightmares.
2. For relaxation.
3. To "travel", as I'm a student and can't really do that in real life at the moment.
In my first lucid dream, I would really just like to explore my town. But, you know, in a dream. It seems like it would be really interesting, for some reason.
