Well, I finally seem to be having some kind of progress. I remembered around 3-4 dreams in one night, all in decent detail. So yay, progression maybe XD. |

Another case of not having much to report. Pretty much the same as the other times except I haven't been in the best mood the past few days and practicing the techniques had been put to the side because of that... |

That's great! |

Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
Well, went another week with absolutely nothing and then remembered a decent amount of a dream today. Probably because it's been a not so good week and I haven't been motivated enough to do the techniques... |

Well...haven't been on here in a while...for the past month, I just ended up stopping any lucid dream related things for no real reason. Probably me just giving myself a pitty party from crap in my life, whatever. This always happens, every single time I've tried to do this, I actually put effort into it for maybe a couple weeks, do less as time goes on, and within a short amount of time stop because I keep feeling like crap. Ugh, I doubt I could even do this if I jumped back on it, I would just quit again like I always have done... |

What do you think stops you from doing your daily practices to induce lding? Is it lack of motivation, lack of time, stress or something else. I'm sure we can figure a way around this. |

Probably the lack of motivation and stress, along with a bunch of outside things... |

You might read some of your own best dream journal entries or those of others here. Think about all the awesome things you can do in your dreams (even in non-lucid ones). I also find watching any alternative reality or sci fi /magic type of movies very motivating, awesome graphics and you can visit fantastic worlds and do all the things from the movie in your dreams. The one that I really like watching for lding ideas is Xmen. Also, looking forward to seeing the Hobbit, the whole environment looks so dream-like. |

I mean, it's not that I don't know of the great things that can be done with Lucid dreaming and the fantasies that can be created. It's just...I guess it's just hard for me to commit to something like this. That's been an issue I've had for a long time.... |

Try to add some feeling to these thoughts. That's why I recommend watching a movie - really helps put one in the proper mood. And don't think it's easy for the rest of us to get up and do those wbtbs and ld related work. It is not, but in the end is well worth the effort. |
